02 Design & sampling
Artwork preparation and sampling help establish the direction before production. Discuss the reference colours and finish you are looking for.
03 Preparation & printing
The production team selects the preparation and printing route for the agreed fabric and ink system.
04 Fixation & washing
Where the selected process requires it, fixation can involve steaming or ageing followed by washing. These stages are route-dependent; they do not apply identically to every fabric or ink system.
05 Finishing & inspection
The agreed finish is followed by inspection of the finished fabric. The team reviews the result against the project brief.
